At SPK Direct, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received;
- all original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be intact;
- proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
SPK Direct reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return shipping details.
Items returned without prior approval or without contacting us first may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are requested to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- defective item,
- wrong product,
- or incomplete order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- clear photographs/videos,
- packaging images,
- and order details.
SPK Direct will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit depending upon the circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Certain categories of items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- perishable goods,
- food items,
- flowers or plants,
- customized or personalized products,
- beauty and personal care items,
- innerwear,
- hygiene-sensitive items,
- hazardous materials,
- flammable liquids or gases,
- digital/downloadable products,
- gift cards,
- and clearance or sale items.
SPK Direct reserves the right to determine whether a product falls within the non-returnable category.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The quickest way to obtain a replacement product is to:
- request a return for the original product (if eligible), and
- place a fresh order separately.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- refunds will be processed to the original payment method;
- refund timelines may vary depending upon banks, payment gateways, or card providers.
Generally, approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to SPK Direct.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated by us.
8. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
SPK Direct reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or cancellations in cases involving:
- suspected fraudulent activity,
- abusive behavior,
- excessive return patterns,
- policy misuse,
- or false claims.
9. International Orders
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations applicable in their country.
